In-Year Application
Minster Trust for Education (MITRE) acts as the admission authority for all its member schools.
All MITRE schools follow the Nottinghamshire County Council Co-ordinated Admissions Scheme for applications for intake at the "normal time" (starting primary school, moving to junior school, starting secondary school). For further information about the scheme and how to apply follow this link

Admissions Consultation
Kirklington Primary School proposed school admission arrangements for the 2027-28 school year
From Monday 22nd December 2025 – Saturday 31st January 2026 Kirklington Primary School is consulting on its admission arrangements.
This consultation is required in line with the School Admissions Code 2021. The school’s admission arrangements are unchanged from 2026-27, however, as the school has now joined The Minster Trust for Education, the Trust is now the Admissions Authority for this school.
